When failure knocks
I started to write today’s blog thinking that I would finish in an hour. Its the average the time I give myself to write up the best draft I can to publish. When I read what I’ve published, I’ll usually find things I’ll want to clean up and then do it by the end of the day.
Today I started to write on this topic that’s been on my mind: what to do when failure knocks on your door. I started to type out my thoughts on this thinking I can complete it within my usual hour. I could not. After a couple hours of writing (typing), I realized this is a topic that is very important and will have to be covered in a series of blogs.
My goal with this blog series
I want entrepreneurs who have experienced failure to remember they are not alone in the experience. Self-pity, sadness, loneliness, drop in self-confidence and even depression may start to take over after a failed experience. I would know… failure has knocked on my door… several times.
It’s important to know what to do when you hear the knock. This what I want to share…(to be continued)
